Our work is primarily within post 16 educational institutions (higher education in particular) and employment but is also relevant to other education and service providers.
IMPACT Associates brings together three established consultants, Dr Caroline Davies, Tina Elliott and Carol Wilson, who have extensive experience of working in the field of disability and education at national and regional levels and within post-16 education institutions.
IMPACT Associates offers professional services underpinned by quality assurance mechanisms. We work with organisations by supporting them to provide services, education and training that meet the needs of disabled people - students, employees, customers and clients.
IMPACT Associates facilitates strategic and operational approaches to inclusion and accessibility. Our approaches are practical and are designed to build the capacity to deliver inclusive practice. We work with clients to assist them to identify barriers to inclusion and to develop targeted solutions.
IMPACT Associates tailors its services to meet the requirements of individual clients. In all our work we aim to actively seek and incorporate the views of disabled people.
