Dr Caroline Davies, Tina Elliott and Carol Wilson are established consultants. We have extensive experience of working in the field of disability and education at national, regional and institutional levels within post-16 education.

Our experience includes:

  • Working in higher education (and related fields) as academics, researchers and managers.
  • Developing policy and provision, and delivering services for disabled students.
  • Supporting institutions to implement policy and legislation.
  • Promoting the development of inclusive curricula and innovative practice.
  • Influencing institutional change at both strategic and operational levels through working with senior managers, academic and service delivery staff.
  • Knowledge and understanding of national developments and legislation in relation to disability.
  • Promoting an holistic approach to disability within the wider equality and widening participation agendas.
  • Contributing disability expertise to generic organisational analysis.
  • Successfully managing and delivering disability-related projects.
  • Development and publication of an existing range of tools (audit, evaluation, staff development).
  • Delivering professional development, supporting self review and undertaking audits.
  • An applied knowledge of approaches to dissemination and evalution.
  • A successful history of writing bids and attracting funding.
  • Forming constructive working relationships with national organisations (eg Action on Access, the Higher Education Academy, Skill, NADP) and within higher and further education institutions.
  • Presenting at national and international conferences.
